ToolkitDesk is provided as a free service, “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Outputs from our tools should be independently verified before being relied upon for commercial, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the service; (b) use the service for illegal activity; (c) scrape the site in a way that harms availability for other users.

ToolkitDesk does not currently offer user accounts. If accounts are introduced in the future, separate account terms will apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSOL Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of ToolkitDesk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
